About the role

Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to grow our partnerships in the employer space. Your role will be to build and maintain relationships with employers, evangelize the 12twenty platform, and close new business to expand our presence among talent acquisition teams.

You’ll be engaging with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations—so the role requires a blend of charm and sophistication, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and maintain high-value relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders at employer companies
  • Lead discovery conversations and conduct virtual or in-person product demos tailored to each employer’s hiring goals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Create, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with prospective employer partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and inform product development
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to improve our go-to-market approach

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in recruiting tech, HR tech, ATS, or CRM platforms
  • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams within HCM, HRIS, ATS, or talent platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of employer hiring needs
  • Proven success in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
