About the role
A successful Brivity VA Mentor will:
- Partner with our Success and Training teams to guarantee VA success with their client during their first 90 days
- Reduce the overall number of VAs in their care being released due to VA performance, VA training, and Poor Customer Management
- Reduce the overall number of VAs in their care resigning from BVA
- Increase the number of VA referrals to our recruiting team
- Increase client satisfaction with their VA
- Increase VA satisfaction at BVA and improve overall well-being
- Become a standard for BVA culture and ethics
The right applicant:
- A tenured VA who has proven to support the same client for more than 12 months
- No past disciplinary actions with clients and has not been flagged for any performance related issues
- Must provide a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from current client
- Must provide a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from CSC or CSM
- Must provide a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from 2 Brivity VA peers
- Must Meet minimum time doctor productivity % in current role over the last quarter
- Loves Brivity and Brivity VA, loves their job, and wants to be our greatest advocate
- A good person / does the right thing no matter what / has integrity in life and work
- Has attention to detail
- History of effectively managing and coaching your client(s)
- Enthusiastic about helping and developing others
- Consistently demonstrates HEALTH at BrivityVA (Hard Work - Extraordinary Results - Accountable - Leaders - Teamwork - Humble)
Time Commitment
On your own time: 4 hours a week outside of your working hours for existing client(s)
Weekly Pay
$35 a week extra
Incentives with Team's Success / KPI:
- $10 extra paid out after the Mentee successfully completes the first 30 days with their client with no performance issues / escalations / callouts
- $20 extra paid out after the Mentee successfully completes the first 60 days with their client with no performance issues / escalations / callouts
- $30 additional pay out after the Mentee successfully completes 90 days with their client with no performance issues / escalations / callouts
