We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. The primary location for this role is remote, and the expected schedule is shift work (Mon-Fri 8:30am - 05:00pm and 10:30 - 7:00pm central).Missouri or Illinois licensed independent.
What You’ll Do
Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a licensed psychotherapist with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while partnering closely with caregivers, schools, medical providers, and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure whole-child support across environments.
As part of Imagine’s integrated model of care, you will work alongside pediatricians, nurses, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to assess, treat, and support pediatric patients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Provide psychotherapeutic intervention to children with severe mental illness and mood disorders including but not limited to major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, homicidal ideation, suicidal ideation, and trauma.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments in order to diagnose and form treatment plans for patients.
- Provide evidence based episodic therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents managing mood disorders and severe persistent mental illness.
- Deliver care using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
