Member of Technical Staff

Accountabilities:

• • Build and improve products and infrastructure designed to help AI-powered teams work efficiently.
  • Contribute across multiple product areas, including high-performance CI infrastructure and agentic applications for enterprise knowledge.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial concept and technical exploration through implementation, iteration, and delivery.
  • Apply first-principles thinking to ambiguous technical and product problems and develop practical, high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with customers and maintain a strong focus on usability, product quality, and overall user experience.
  • Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions across a broad and evolving product environment.
  • Build user-facing experiences across interfaces such as web applications, APIs, CLIs, and other product surfaces.
  • Prototype ideas quickly and turn promising concepts into robust production-ready features.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, engineering processes, and customer outcomes.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership while collaborating closely with a small, high-impact team.
  • Contribute to product direction by combining technical judgment, customer insight, and strong product thinking.

  • Strong software engineering background with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems independently.
  • First-principles approach to engineering, with a focus on understanding underlying problems rather than simply applying established solutions.

  • Strong customer orientation and an ability to make product decisions based on user needs and outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrated through founding a company, building an impressive side project, leading significant initiatives, or taking exceptional ownership in previous roles.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a small, fast-moving team where responsibilities are broad and priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain approaches, trade-offs, architecture, and decisions.
  • High degree of autonomy, initiative, and accountability for delivering meaningful results.
  • Willingness to work across different technical domains rather than being limited to a narrowly defined engineering specialty.
