You'll deliver compassionate, high-quality service while helping participants understand their benefits, enroll in the right health programs, and resolve any issues along the way.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="22:1-22:93;1184-1276">Assist participants in qualifying for and selecting the right health or wellness programs.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="23:1-23:81;1277-1357">Resolve inquiries, disputes, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="24:1-24:79;1358-1436">Support outbound campaigns and outreach efforts to engage potential members.</li>
