Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a passion for marketing recruitment and a strong track record in building candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and functional leaders in Marketing division to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
• Craft compelling job descriptions that capture the essence of Welltech's culture and attract top talent
• Leverage diverse sourcing techniques to build robust pipeline of top talent through online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
