What You’ll Be Doing

We are now looking to hire a Marketing Specialist based in Spain to support and scale our marketing efforts across the Iberia region (Spain & Portugal). In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating high-quality leads, executing digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthening Wati’s brand presence across diverse Iberia markets. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of LATAM, and global marketing teams to execute strategic campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that deliver qualified leads for the sales team. Manage agency partners for Google, Meta, and other paid media channels to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI. Implement accurate tracking and channel attribution to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Partner with SEO agencies to improve rankings and visibility for key search terms. Create and localize high-value content — such as customer case studies and thought leadership pieces — that drive engagement and strengthen brand authority.
  • Field Marketing & Events: Plan and execute regional events, webinars, and partner activations that enhance brand visibility and pipeline growth. Manage logistics, budgets, and local collaborations to ensure smooth and impactful event delivery.
  • Branding & Market Intelligence: Support regional brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Gather and analyze customer insights and market trends to inform go-to-market strategies.
