    • Analyze lead flow data to uncover bottlenecks, leakage, and quality issues that may affect pipeline generation.
    • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams on data structures, definitions, and reporting logic to maintain consistency across the organization.
    • Support the evaluation, implementation, testing, rollout, and post-launch stabilization of MarTech platforms focused on enrichment, orchestration, and automation.
    • Translate business needs and operational challenges into clear technical requirements and specifications for configuration and integration work.
    • Maintain accurate documentation covering system architecture, data mappings, integrations, and operational processes.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations on the data foundations and logic supporting lead scoring models, while monitoring scoring and routing performance after launch.
    • Identify data anomalies and model drift, and contribute to the ongoing refinement of scoring and routing criteria.
    • Act as a data-fluent partner to Sales Development, Campaign Operations, Analytics Engineering, and other stakeholders on shared marketing data initiatives.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and a Marketing Automation Platform such as Marketo, including data structures, field architecture, integrations, and platform configuration.
      • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving data-flow, integration, or synchronization issues across multiple systems.
      • Working proficiency with SQL, data mapping, or comparable tools used to analyze and validate large-scale datasets.
      • Experience supporting or leading MarTech implementations, integrations, migrations, or major platform changes.
      • Familiarity with data enrichment, orchestration, lead scoring, and lead routing concepts and technologies.
      • Ability to translate complex, ambiguous, or technical problems into practical plans that can be understood and executed by cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and designing scalable solutions.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and technical teams, including distributed teams across time zones.
      • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities and initiatives.
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.
      • Benefits
