Marketing Manager - Poland

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth in key business metrics
• Lead data-driven campaigns, experimentation, A/B testing and product positioning rooted in deep customer and market understanding across all marketing channels, including CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing
• Organize and deliver both online events (e.g., webinars) and offline initiatives such as conferences, community meetups, and local activations
• Manage and grow the Binance Angels volunteer program locally, ensuring high engagement, smooth operations, and strong alignment with community goals
• Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events
