Role Overview
We are looking for a channel-agnostic, high-velocity Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be a digital architect who understands how to leverage SEO, PPC, Email, and Web to drive growth. You'll report directly to the Marketing Lead and play a central role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Orchestration: Execute and manage campaigns across SEO (content strategy, link building), PPC (ad management), and Email (lifecycle marketing)
- AI Workflow Integration: Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate content production, market research, and data analysis
- Conversion Copywriting: Write high-converting copy for landing pages, ads, and emails, utilizing AI for personalization and scale
- Web Basics: Handle minor website updates and landing page builds (knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress)
- Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights to pivot strategies quickly
Required Qualifications
- Solid foundation as a Marketing Manager/Specialist or similar role, looking to scale impact in a fast-paced environment
- AI Edge: Above-average understanding of LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) with knowledge of prompt engineering, tokens, context windows, and hallucination detection
- Fast-paced learner with proven ability to master new tools and marketing channels in weeks, not months
- Digital Generalist: Foundational knowledge of SEO (technical & on-page), PPC (Google/Meta), and Email marketing (segmentation & automation)
- Technical literacy and comfort with tags, API documentation, and technical troubleshooting
- Self-starter capable of diving into new subjects independently and finding solutions
Bonus Qualifications
- HubSpot Pro: Experience managing CRM workflows, lists, and deals
- API Savvy: Understanding of tool integration via Zapier, Make, or direct API calls
- B2B SaaS Background: Knowledge of long sales cycles and lead scoring
