We are a team driven by purpose, quality, and a shared commitment to animal health.</p></div><p><span data-contrast="auto">Wedgewood is seeking an experience hands-on </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Growth</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> to drive customer activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the end-to-end prescription lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, site merchandising, promotions, personalization, and conversion optimization, with accountability for improving customer behavior and commercial outcomes across both prescriber and pet owner journeys.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting to the VP, Digital Experience, this individual will lead the development and execution of lifecycle strategies that increase first-fill conversion, repeat behavior, customer retention, and long-term value. They will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Automation, Business Intelligence, and Product teams to optimize every stage of the customer journey.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is ideal for a strategic growth leader who combines customer-centric thinking with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous optimization.</span></p>

<p><strong>The Basics</strong></p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Preference is to be by one of our offices in Swedesboro, NJ, Portland, ME or a remote option.<br><strong>Job Type: </strong>Full Time, permanent <br><strong>Schedule:</strong>  Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> The target base pay range for this position is $90K-$120K base plus an annual bonus commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.<br><strong>Benefits:</strong> Eligible</p>
