Role Overview

Marketing Manager for Kyrgyzstan to take full ownership of local marketing campaigns and drive crypto education through the Kyrgyz market.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of KG regional marketing, from business strategy to marketing execution
• Develop and execute non-standard marketing initiatives that resonate with local culture and users
• Sign sponsorship projects and execute them independently
• Design and execute user growth campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Build and strengthen community engagement, working closely with Binance Angels and local partners
• Organize and manage offline and online events (meetups, roadshows, collaborations)
• Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI
