About the role

Accountabilities

    • Develop and codify the organization’s messaging and positioning by synthesizing founder-led webinars, product demonstrations, customer language, case studies, and existing marketing materials into a clear source of truth.
    • Establish consistent product positioning, product one-liners, proof points, messaging guidelines, and approved language that can be applied across marketing and sales materials.
    • Build and manage a scalable customer proof engine, including case studies, customer interviews, one-pagers, PDFs, website content, video clips, and other reusable assets.
    • Interview customers, extract compelling success stories from recordings and conversations, write content in an authentic brand voice, and manage the approval process through publication.
    • Develop sales enablement materials such as battlecards, ROI calculators, product one-pagers, and competitive resources in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
    • Create partner enablement kits that help strategic partners effectively position and recommend the organization’s solutions within their own sales and demonstration processes.
    • Own lifecycle marketing initiatives targeting existing customers, prospects, inactive opportunities, closed-lost accounts, and engaged website audiences.
    • Build and optimize email sequences, cross-sell campaigns, product announcements, re-engagement programs, and retargeting initiatives designed to generate measurable pipeline.
    • Own the marketing side of HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and the connection between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
    • Partner with sales operations and web operations to establish reliable attribution from initial website engagement through demos, opportunities, and closed business.
    • Build the marketing engine around webinars and events, managing promotion, registration, partner co-marketing, follow-up sequences, content extraction, and pipeline measurement.
    • Own the end-to-end trade show process, including pre-event meeting generation, booth planning, collateral, post-event campaigns, and lead follow-up.
    • Develop high-touch marketing programs such as customer dinners, executive engagement, gifting, and other relationship-building initiatives that support enterprise opportunities.
    • Manage and develop the content marketing function, setting editorial priorities based on the messaging strategy and improving the quality and effectiveness of blog and SEO content.
    • Establish measurable marketing processes and workflows that reduce dependence on executive involvement and create repeatable, scalable demand generation.
    • Evaluate and progressively launch second-wave initiatives, including paid acquisition through LinkedIn and search, website conversion optimization, review platforms, AI search optimization, and competitive comparison content.
    • Use AI tools strategically for research, content repurposing, marketing operations, and administrative work while maintaining an authentic human voice across customer-facing content.
    • Own a measurable marketing pipeline target and continuously evaluate performance against business and revenue objectives.
    • Requirements

      • 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related discipline, ideally within a vertical SaaS environment.
      • Demonstrated experience owning marketing outcomes tied to pipeline and revenue rather than primarily brand awareness or engagement metrics.
      • Proven ability to develop and execute customer case studies, including personally interviewing customers, creating compelling narratives, and securing approvals.
      • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, campaign management, attribution, reporting, and marketing automation.
      • Experience building webinar, event, or content programs that can be directly connected to measurable pipeline generation.
      • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and sales enablement.
      • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, persuasive content quickly and independently.
      • Experience managing at least one employee, contractor, agency, or external marketing resource and improving the quality and efficiency of their work.
      • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to understand funnel metrics, attribution, conversion, and pipeline performance.
      • Ability to work closely with sales teams and translate customer and commercial insights into effective marketing programs.
      • Highly hands-on and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to build programs from scratch without relying on large teams, agencies, or significant budgets.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with senior executives, customers, partners, and sales teams.
      • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean environment where initiative, ownership, experimentation, and measurable results are highly valued.
      • Sales or SDR experience is a plus, particularly for candidates who can bring strong commercial instincts and understand the realities of pipeline generation.
      • Benefits

        • Fully remote opportunity based in the United States.
        • Significant ownership over the marketing function and its pipeline contribution.
        • Opportunity to build a demand generation engine and establish scalable marketing infrastructure from the ground up.
        • Direct collaboration with executive leadership, sales, operations, customers, and strategic partners.
        • Broad exposure across messaging, customer marketing, lifecycle campaigns, events, content, enablement, marketing operations, attribution, and demand generation.
        • Opportunity to shape future initiatives across paid acquisition, website conversion, SEO, AI search optimization, review platforms, and competitive marketing.
        • High level of autonomy to experiment, build new processes, and determine how the marketing function evolves.
        • Opportunity to work in a profitable, entrepreneurial environment where marketing performance is closely connected to business growth.
        • Professional growth through ownership of a broad, high-impact marketing mandate.
