About the role
Accountabilities
Build, test, launch, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automated nurture programs and Engagement Studio journeys.
Develop lifecycle journeys covering prospect engagement, qualification, sales follow-up, conversion, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
Create and manage forms, landing pages, segmentation rules, scoring models, automation rules, and triggered communications.
Replace manual and one-time campaign activities with scalable, repeatable automation programs.
Own marketing requirements for lead scoring, grading, qualification, routing, prioritization, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
Analyze lead progression from initial engagement through sales acceptance, opportunity creation, conversion, and retention.
Partner with campaign and channel owners to develop targeted audiences, automated follow-up strategies, testing approaches, and reusable journey frameworks.
Serve as the primary hands-on subject-matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
Diagnose and resolve campaign, segmentation, synchronization, data-quality, and automation issues, escalating platform or integration requirements when needed.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to define fields, audience signals, business rules, integrations, and insights that enable greater personalization.
Monitor lifecycle engagement, funnel progression, conversion, and overall program effectiveness.
Translate performance insights into improvements to audiences, messaging, scoring, timing, and journey design.
Connect lifecycle marketing programs to pipeline, revenue, adoption, and retention outcomes.
Continuously improve platform utilization, data quality, automation reliability, and campaign execution.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, CRM marketing, or a related discipline.
3+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
Strong experience with Engagement Studio, segmentation, automation rules, forms, landing pages, scoring, grading, and campaign reporting.
Solid understanding of lead management, funnel stages, qualification, routing, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
Ability to translate business requirements into automation logic, audience criteria, data requirements, and reporting specifications.
Experience partnering with Marketing Operations, Data, Analytics, or AI teams to support automation and personalization initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and turn insights into practical improvements.
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, technology, and data teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot certification is preferred.
Comfortable working in a data-driven environment with a focus on experimentation, optimization, and measurable business outcomes.
