About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager to serve as the analytical engine and performance storyteller for the marketing organization. This is an independent contributor role for someone who brings both technical depth and marketing business acumen - someone who can own the measurement framework, build the dashboards, and translate complex data into clear narratives that inform decisions at the leadership level.

You'll work closely with marketing leadership and RevOps to ensure marketing performance is accurately measured, consistently reported, and actively used to drive optimization and investment decisions.

Right now, most of our analytics jobs-to-be-done are partially supported or missing entirely - dashboarding, attribution QA, experimentation measurement, and proactive insight generation are all open gaps. You'll own closing them. You'll work with significant autonomy, set your own priorities within the domain, and be accountable for the outputs, not just the tasks. This is a role for someone who sees an unmeasured channel and builds the dashboard, spots a trend before anyone asks about it, and comes to leadership with a recommendation, not just a report.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing's funnel metrics and performance standards - defining consistent definitions for MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel ROI across the org.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for channel owners, campaign managers, and marketing leadership across HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tooling; automate recurring reports to reduce manual overhead and increase visibility.
  • Establish standardized reporting cadences - weekly, monthly, and quarterly - and ensure metrics roll up consistently across teams.
  • Proactively surface performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities; develop executive-level reporting that translates marketing performance and ROI into clear narratives leadership can act on.
  • Build and maintain spend vs. pipeline impact models and monthly insight briefs that support investment decisions and flag what the team should pay attention to next.
