Marketing Analytics Lead

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to transform marketing analytics into a mature business function. This role goes beyond maintaining current processes—it's about reimagining them through audits and elevating analytics to a level that truly impacts decision-making at the C-level.

You will convert marketing spend into actionable insights: identifying where to scale, how to optimize budgets, and which channels and geographies deliver real results. Your impact will influence CMO and CEO decisions, establishing a single source of truth for marketing effectiveness and helping the business grow faster through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit current marketing analytics state: tracking, attribution, forecasting models, dashboards, and data quality. Develop roadmap for function evolution
• Establish methodologies for calculating key metrics—LTV, CAC, ROAS, ARPU, retention curves—to create unified data truth across the company
• Build ROMI models and forecast campaign effectiveness across channels and geographies
• Lead attribution analytics: work with MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), solve iOS attribution challenges in SKAN/AEM era, conduct incrementality tests
• Perform cohort analysis and pLTV modeling
