About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Analyst Intern who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.

As a Marketing Analyst Intern, you'll be a direct extension of the marketing team— owning research, tracking, and analytical work that powers our biggest consumer programs. Your day-to-day will involve execution & analysis around three pillars: giveaways, surveys, and special marketing projects. You'll bring structure to fast-moving campaigns, surface insights from data, and use AI tools to work smarter and faster. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and has a strong bias for action. This role is tailored for a data-savvy, results-oriented candidate seeking exposure to campaign execution, data and performance analytics.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Execution and Operations

  • Support end-to-end execution of consumer giveaway campaigns. Coordinating with crossfunctional team members to take the campaign from idea to live in-market. Support in goal setting for campaigns, based on historical data.
  • Analyze post-campaign performance report and summary results for the marketing team. Provide learnings & recommendations to improve results for future campaigns.
  • Analyze top performing communication, creative & channel for ongoing optimization in CRM Tool ( e.g Braze)
  • Compare performance across time periods (e.g. pre/post campaign, week-over-week) and flag meaningful shifts

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using dashboards and structured reporting templates. Key metrics include: DAU, NTM,LTV, CAC, Open/Click-through/Conversion Rates
  • Initiative & support Assist data pull & recommendation on optimizing future campaigns

General Marketing Projects

  • Track campaign & merchant performance across channels and flag optimization opportunities to support DAU & A
