About the Role
We are seeking a leader to scale a high-performing team of Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs). This role sits at the heart of our Delivery organization, reporting directly to the Head of Delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our technical delivery function, enabling TDMs to execute projects with rigor, quality, and consistency while also elevating operational strategy.
You'll balance day-to-day project oversight with people leadership, coaching, and long-term capability building. As a player-coach, you'll manage delivery operations and drive team excellence.
