About the Role

CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated Strategic Advisory Services Manager to lead a team of consultants focused on helping customers enhance their security programs, educate employees, and develop tailored cyber initiatives. The team acts as a trusted advisor to clients and serves as a source of expertise in security strategy and readiness posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large and complex Strategic Advisory Services engagements, supporting dedicated project teams and engaging with executive-level individuals across various industry segments
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Strategic Advisory Services practice
• Act as primary contact for coordination of Strategic Advisory Services activities
• Coach consultants delivering the work and ensure they have resources and support needed to succeed
• Handle staffing, skills development, and team development
• Maintain tools and methodology
• Provide sales support and thought leadership
• Be initial escalation point for difficult client situations
• Engage directly in customer work while maintaining standardized and repeatable structures
