Manager, Solutions Architecture

About the Role

The Manager, Solutions Architecture, is responsible for managing and growing a high-performing team of AI software engineers on the NA AI Services Delivery team. This team will include a blend of AI Engineers, Software Developers, and ML/LLM specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful delivery of AI software engineering initiatives within defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Lead and guide employees, customers and partners to design, build and implement innovative Conversational AI solutions
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of AI software engineering management responsibilities internally and externally with client teams
• Ensure AI software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope and quality standards
• Successfully execute with team members on all assigned AI delivery projects
• Achieve goals against the Statement of Work (SOW) and meet stakeholder expectations
