Manager, Sales

As a Small Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new and established Growth Specialist (Account Executives) in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience leading and coaching a quota-carrying team
  • 3+ years of software sales experience
  • Experience selling and/or managing in the Canadian tech market preferred
  • Experience building a new team, preferably in a new market
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead others effectively
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Excellent communication skills
