Are you a technical leader with a passion for mission-driven sales? We are looking for a visionary Manager of Sales Engineering to lead a high-impact Healthcare SE team covering Arizona, New Mexico, California, Pac Northwest, and the Rockies.
In this role, you won’t just manage a team—you will be the architect of technical strategy for organizations that provide critical care to your region’s people and families. You’ll lead a squad of elite technical experts who bridge the gap between complex cloud security and the life-saving missions of our healthcare partners.
Lead the team by example as they envision and create innovative customized solutions, deliver business value, perform impactful demos, and ensure smooth technical handoffs.
- Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team
- Refine sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
- Coach your team to success with developing comprehensive solution proposals and delivering succinct, impactful product demonstrations
- Provide expert advice for requests for proposals (RFPs) and present recommendations to clients
- Create influence through technical whiteboarding and impactful presentations to your customers and their leadership teams with a keen eye on the personas in the room
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure solutions are implemented according to the customer’s expectations.
