Manager, Revenue Accounting

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end revenue recognition process in compliance with ASC 606, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close activities, including revenue review, journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, and reconciliations, related to AR, revenue, and commissions.
• Design and implement scalable processes and systems for order-to-cash workflows, ensuring compliance between technical policies and operational processes without introducing unnecessary complexity. Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency through automation or systems upgrades (e.g., AI tools, ERP, CRM).
• Partner with the Technical Revenue Team to review and interpret complex customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue treatment. Ensure technical revenue conclusions are accurately reflected in invoicing workflows and revenue recognition schedules within Netsuite ARM.
• Participate in contract review working.
