Role Expectations

We are looking for a Manager of Professional Services to join our team. This is a US-based Remote role, reporting to the Director of Professional Services AMS in the Professional Services department. You will lead the Americas Central services delivery and post-sales deployment programs for our clients. In this role, you'll oversee a high-performing team of technical consultants and project managers, ensuring customer-centric excellence while driving the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of our cloud security solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a technical team of consultants and project managers responsible for Zscaler solution deployments and support in the AMS Central Region
• Own the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management for the team to ensure high-quality delivery
• Manage cross-functional relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support to drive successful deployments
• Participate in long-term planning and strategic decision-making with global partners, including PS Sales and Practice leads
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, tooling, and the effective management of KPIs to enhance automation and reduce manual effort
