Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Manager, Operations (West Branch) to join our Programs x Domestic Ops – West Branch team!
Position Summary
The Manager, Operations will lead a motivated team of associates, provide support to volunteer leaders in daily execution of the goals and objectives of the organization. This requires a detailed understanding of all specific functions within the Operations Department. This Manager will be assigned geographic areas to build and motivate teams. This Manager will have a solid knowledge of the incident command system and expertise in the planning, mobilization, and demobilization operations. The Manager, Operations will be responsible for driving delivery of Team Rubicon Services and capabilities and for establishing and prioritizing the growth strategy for volunteer and community relationships in the Alaska (AK) region.
