About the role
Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of onboarding programs, including cohort planning, curriculum sequencing, certifications, readiness activities, and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop learning enablement plans for product launches, process changes, and other initiatives affecting service center teams.
- Partner with Workforce Management and Operations to align onboarding and training programs with staffing levels, capacity, operational constraints, and business priorities.
- Conduct change-impact assessments to identify learning, communication, and workforce-readiness requirements.
- Establish standards and strategies for learning communications, training rollouts, and operational engagement activities.
- Develop and coordinate communication frameworks that ensure learning messages are clear, timely, consistent, and aligned across stakeholders.
- Coordinate the rollout of training updates, job aids, desk resources, reinforcement activities, and other learning materials.
- Own timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and handoffs across Learning, Operations, and support functions.
- Serve as the central program-management point for onboarding and learning initiatives, maintaining visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution status.
- Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure learning programs and certifications meet documentation, quality, and audit expectations.
- Provide regular program updates and recommendations to learning and development leadership.
- Directly manage a small team through goal setting, prioritization, coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across cross-functional partnerships.
- Leverage AI and technology applications where appropriate to improve communication effectiveness, learning delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, communications, business, learning and development, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in program management, onboarding, learning enablement, change management, organizational enablement, or a related area.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, workforce readiness, or learning initiatives in operational environments.
- Strong planning and program coordination skills, including the ability to sequence activities, manage competing priorities, and maintain execution discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages and learning materials.
- Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to work across functions and influence without relying solely on authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, frontline, or operational environments where priorities may change quickly.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members, with a demonstrated commitment to inclusive leadership and continuous development.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, regulated environments, contact centers, or frontline operations.
- Preferred: Background in learning and development, organizational enablement, operational communications, or change management.
- Preferred: Experience using AI or technology solutions to optimize communications, learning programs, or operational workflows.
- Fully remote: Work remotely from the United States.
