The Role

Manager - LATAM Expansion will own Nium's regulatory licensing strategy across Latin America. This high-impact role involves leading new market entry across priority countries from regulatory strategy and licensing to launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Global Expansion to execute LATAM license roadmap
• Identify optimal route to market based on regulatory requirements
• Lead regulatory strategy and licensing across priority countries
• Manage launch readiness for new markets
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Treasury, Tech, Ops, and Commercial teams
• Drive successful market launches across Latin America
