Role Overview
This is a high-impact inbound leadership role focused on speed-to-lead, qualification excellence, conversion optimization, and AI-powered agentic workflow and automation. You will lead a team of inbound SDRs responsible for converting demo requests, free trials, marketing-generated leads, and product-led growth signals into a highly qualified pipeline for the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing inbound SDR team responsible for North America and Latin America Direct and MSP business
- Drive speed-to-lead, qualification excellence, and conversion optimization
- Help drive the evolution of the inbound engine through Agentic AI workflows
- Enable automation of administrative workstreams so SDRs can focus on high-value buyer conversations
