Position Summary
The Manager, Global University is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and operational execution of Vectra AI’s Global University. This role serves as the global owner of Academy programs, standards, processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Sales, Partner, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support enablement. This leader establishes the University operating model, drives stakeholder alignment, manages the University roadmap, and ensures scalable, high-quality learning experiences that support business objectives and learner success. The Manager, Global University oversees University governance, certification strategy, quality assurance, PMO processes, performance measurement, and operational excellence while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization. The role also provides leadership and direction to the University Operations team responsible for content development, LMS administration, and learning production.
Key Responsibilities
- Academy Operations Leadership
- Own the day-to-day operational management of the Global University.
- Establish and maintain the University operating model, governance framework, and delivery processes.
- Drive execution against the University roadmap and annual priorities.
- Develop scalable processes that support rapid content creation, maintenance, and delivery.
- Ensure consistency of learner experiences across all University audiences and programs.
- Program Management Office (PMO)
- Serve as the University PMO leader responsible for planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and program execution.
- Implement project management methodologies, sprint planning, intake processes, and delivery workflows.
- Manage University program portfolios, project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor risks, issues, and mitigation plans across University initiatives.
- Academy Governance & SOP Development
- Create and maintain University standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Define content development standards, review processes, publishing workflows, and lifecycle management practices.
- Establish governance frameworks for curriculum development, certifications, and content maintenance.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across University operations.
- Content Factory & Production Management
- Lead the University content production model across instructional design, content creation, certifications, and learning programs.
- Develop scalable content development workflows that improve efficiency and reduce production cycle times.
- Manage intake and prioritization of learning requests.
