Role Overview

As the first Manager, Deal Desk for APAC, you'll be a foundational member of our growing global Deal Desk organization - owning the deal review and execution process for the region. You'll serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping structure, price, and approve deals that align with Vanta's business goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue recognition standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Operations, and Systems to streamline quote-to-cash processes and enhance deal velocity
• Drive operational efficiency, improve deal accuracy, and strengthen the connection between business strategy and execution
• Build and mature Deal Desk processes that support growing business models and evolving deal structures
• Maintain operational excellence and accuracy as Vanta scales
• Combine strategic influence with hands-on execution to shape how Vanta grows and operates at scale
