About This Role

As the Manager of Customer Onboarding, you will lead a growing team of Onboarding Business Managers (OBMs) who help customers successfully adopt the Deel platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of OBMs, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
  • Drive team motivation and support individual personal development
  • Set KPIs for the team and ensure targets are met
  • Become an expert user of the Deel platform and ensure your team reaches the same level of expertise
  • Handle escalations, support the team with difficult customers and complicated cases, and drive resolution
  • Lead initiatives that impact cross-onboarding teams and improve customer journeys holistically
  • Partner with internal teams including Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering to deliver the best customer experience
  • Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding processes
