• Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
• Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively.
• Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
• Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.
