The Role

As the Manager of Business Systems at Capella, you will lead the strategy, optimization, and evolution of critical enterprise and manufacturing systems supporting a fast-growing aerospace technology organization. In this role, you will operate as both a Business Systems leader and Product Owner, driving initiatives focused on ERP platforms, enterprise integrations, operational workflows, and systems modernization across the organization. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and external vendors to improve how business systems and operational data interact across the enterprise. This role will support new systems implementations, integrations, workflow redesign initiatives, and future-state systems architecture.
