Role Overview
As Manager of Account Management, you'll lead and support a team of highly motivated and ambitious Account Managers during a period of rapid growth at Vanta. The primary focus is ensuring Vanta continues to hit lofty GDR and NRR targets while shaping the Account Management organization as we scale, move upmarket, and distinguish ourselves as best-in-class to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a growing team of high performing Account Managers focused on Growth & Upmarket segments
- Provide tools, coaching, and support needed to deliver results for the business
- Evolve Vanta's expansion and renewal sales playbook by developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies to boost GDR and NRR
- Grow the Account Management team through active involvement in recruitment, onboarding and training of new Account Managers
- Create and establish sales training programs
- Conduct weekly forecasting meetings
- Mentor direct reports on sales strategies
