Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, process-oriented M&A Sourcing Associate to originate acquisition opportunities and build long-term relationships with agency owners. This role is critical to expanding our proprietary deal pipeline and supporting our acquisition strategy. This is a metrics-driven, phone-heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship building, and operating in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research acquisition targets across defined geographies and verticals
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email
- Hold introductory calls with agency owners and executives
- Track all outreach activity in Company CRM with complete accuracy
- Manage follow-up cadence and nurture long-term opportunities
- Coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and senior leadership
- Support pipeline reporting and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in corporate development, business development, sales, private equity sourcing, investment banking, or related role
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems required
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Competitive and resilient
