Localization Manager

About the Role

Universe Group is looking for a Localization Manager to help our business grow faster across 30+ markets. You will support and improve the localization process so that content is translated quickly, with high quality and cultural context.

French, German, Spanish, Greek, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, and more — over 30 languages in total.

Key Responsibilities

• Localize websites into new languages
• Maintain existing localizations: translate new content, improve quality, conduct audits
• Content types: UX texts, PPC and SEO landing pages, blogs, marketing campaigns, emails, legal pages
• Actively integrate AI tools into localization processes
• Find native specialists for text review, prompt assistance, content rewriting, etc.
• Coordinate localization QA – manual testing of localizations
• Work with key marketing, product, and operational metrics in a localization context
• Optimize localization costs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web product localization
• Proficient in translation management systems: Crowdin, Localazy, or similar tools
• English at least Upper Intermediate level
• Basic understanding of UX writing principles
• Self-organization, speed, attention to detail
