Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to the EU & CIS Litigation Team, with a particular focus on the CIS region
• Handle smaller legal claims that have been escalated to the Legal team
• Assist with requests from third parties, particularly data requests from courts in Kazakhstan
• Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters
• Support the preparation of litigation reports for internal stakeholders
• Assist the team with the onboarding and management of external counsel, including drafting engagement letters, monitoring costs and matter budgets and reviewing invoices and billing
• Assist in handling inheritance-related matters, including reviewing supporting documents and assessing them against current internal procedures
• Support various aspects of litigation matters
