Key Responsibilities

• Engage the model with literary passages, analytical questions, and interpretation tasks
• Verify factual accuracy and coherence
• Evaluate the depth and validity of literary analysis
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation criteria, and reasoning quality

Requirements

• Strong familiarity in areas such as classical literature, modern and contemporary fiction, poetry, drama, literary theory, comparative literature, and critical analysis
• Degree in literature, English, comparative literature, or a related humanities field preferred but not required
• Teaching experience, academic research, editorial work, or extensive reading and writing experience are all valuable indicators of fit
• Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and interpretive steps
