LinkedIn Recruitment Internship

About the Internship

We're looking for LinkedIn Recruitment Interns to help us hire our Campus Managers across universities in the United States.

This isn't an internship where you'll spend months doing repetitive administrative work. You'll work directly on live hiring projects, learn modern sourcing techniques, experiment with AI recruiting tools, and understand what great recruiting looks like at a global startup.

Over these three months, you'll build practical recruiting skills that most people only learn after joining full-time.

If you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to be considered for a long-term full-time role with Fresh Prints.

What You'll Do

• Research universities across the US to understand where we should recruit from
• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
• Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines
• Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records
• Work closely with your manager to improve sourcing strategies
• Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies to become a more effective recruiter
• Contribute ideas to improve our hiring process

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing
