Role Overview
This role is execution-focused and requires hands-on experience building lifecycle campaigns directly inside Customer.io, including segmentation logic, triggered workflows, template setup, and campaign QA.
At doola, lifecycle marketing plays a central role in improving how customers activate, engage, and grow with our platform. We are investing in expanding lifecycle coverage across the customer journey and increasing experimentation velocity to better support our customers at every stage.
Responsibilities
We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our growing lifecycle team to help design, build, and optimize lifecycle messaging programs across the customer journey.
- Translate lifecycle opportunities into scalable campaigns, behavior-triggered messaging, and structured experiments
- Improve activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
- Work closely with product, design, copy, data, and marketing partners to launch messaging that helps customers succeed
- Build campaigns inside lifecycle platforms and own execution
