Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time), Washington
About the role
A Flexible Way to Earn Additional Income
This role is designed to fit alongside your existing work, not replace it. Whether you’re building a private practice, working a full-time role, or looking to supplement your income, Hazel offers a predictable, low-friction way to add consistent earnings—without needing to find your own clients or manage a business.
How This Role Fits Your Life
Flexible Scheduling Within Peak Hours
- Sessions take place during Washington peak hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT
- These hours define when sessions can occur—and does not mean you need to be available all day
- You choose your schedule within that window based on your availability
For example:
- See 2 clients per day, Monday–Friday
- Or 5 clients across 2 days
- Work 9am–12pm or 12pm–3pm—whatever fits your schedule
As long as sessions fall within peak hours and you meet the 10-client minimum, your schedule is fully customizable.
Start with 10 Clients — Scale Up or Down
- Minimum: 10 clients per week
- Option to increase your caseload up to 29 clients/week
You can take on more clients when you want additional income, then scale back down to 10 when your availability changes. No long-term commitment to a higher caseload.
We Help You Get Started
We support initial scheduling and caseload building, so you’re not responsible for filling your calendar from scratch.
