About the Role

We are seeking a Cyprus-qualified Legal Counsel to join our legal function and support our growing IT business. This role focuses on corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, employment law matters, and day-to-day legal support for cross-functional teams across the group's entities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide corporate governance and commercial contract support
• Handle compliance and employment law matters
• Deliver day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams
• Work with Finance, Procurement, HR, and business stakeholders globally
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced technology environment
