Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts, such as service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
