Role Overview

Join our growing SLT Training Team, supporting the rapid growth of cbs SLT and Partners. This role requires a blend of strategic educational planning and creative production skills. You will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from initial consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), through the export of polished digital assets, to the ongoing assessment and improvement of courses.

Expectations and Tasks

• Training Course Definition: Collaborate with SMEs to define outcome-based learning objectives, develop comprehensive training specifications and supporting documentation.
• Content Authoring: Build interactive e-learning courses using industry standard authoring tools, designing to manage cognitive load and modern accessibility considerations while respecting adult learning theory and design thinking.
• Multimedia Production: Create and edit visual assets, develop motion graphics/animations, produce narration scripts and perform video editing to enhance engagement.
• Assessment Design (formative and summative): Support continuous course improvement and formal certification strategies.
