ALX Africa, a non-profit organisation under the ALX Foundation, is dedicated to unlocking the potential of Africa's digital future. Role Summary

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will design and develop powerful, learner-centred experiences that are practical, engaging, and scalable. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate industry expertise into structured curricula, lessons, assessments, and activities. You’ll apply learning design frameworks and tools to create programs that align with our institutional principles, integrate innovative formats (including AI-enabled tools), and achieve measurable learner outcomes.

Specific Responsibilities

Design & Development

  • Design engaging, learner-centred experiences aligned to outcomes and learner needs.
  • Develop lessons, projects, assessments, and activities using sound instructional design principles.
  • Apply design frameworks, templates, and accessibility standards.
