Role
We are looking for a Lead Technical Partner Enablement Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity within India/APJ, reporting to the Manager, Partner Technical Enablement in the Cyber Academy - Partner Academy department. Our mission is to empower our Technical Partners with the essential representation, materials, and comprehensive enablement they need to seamlessly sell, deliver, manage, and support the entire Zscaler portfolio, functioning as a true extension of the Zscaler team.
As a member of the team, you will be creating and refreshing existing technical enablement materials and building relationships with regional Partner Teams to help identify gaps and opportunities for enablement.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Build and refresh Partner Enablement Content for SE and Delivery functions
- Help manage global programs with direct ownership over the APJ region
- Own relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders
- Assist with the maintenance of the Partner Academy, ensuring accuracy of learning journeys and maintaining the changelog
