We are looking for a Lead Technical Enablement Engineer to join our high-impact Global Technical Enablement Team. This role offers a unique blend of deep technical expertise and field-savvy delivery—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education, and go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Learning Experience Delivery teams to design and deliver world-class enablement programmes for our Solutions Consulting organisation.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
As a Lead Technical Enablement Engineer, you will focus on high-impact duties and expected outcomes to drive our global technical learning initiatives forward. Your core responsibilities include:
- Design & Develop: Build engaging, reusable training content including courses, learning modules, and onboarding materials tailored specifically for technical roles like Sales Engineers (SE) and Technical Architects (TA).
- Deliver & Facilitate: Lead high-impact virtual and in-person Bootcamps, interactive workshops, and targeted coaching sessions for technical audiences globally.
- Enable & Onboard: Optimise the onboarding experience for the Solutions Consulting organisation to significantly accelerate field ramp time.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with Solutions Consulting (SC) Leadership, Product Management (PM), Product Marketing (PMM), and Learning Experience Delivery (LED) teams to continuously align our curriculum with evolving business priorities.
- Manage Multiple Priorities: Successfully drive several concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
