Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Strategist, Loyalty & CRM to own and drive strategic outcomes across complex client engagements. In this role, you will operate as a trusted advisor and day-to-day strategic lead guiding clients through the full engagement lifecycle, from discovery and workshop facilitation through ongoing program optimization and measurement.

Collaboration
