The Role

As a Lead Program Manager for Global Vendor Operations, you'll be responsible for shaping how Pinterest manages critical vendor partnerships and serve as a key operator at the intersection of operations, risk, legal, procurement, and business performance. This role will help define how Pinterest measures vendor success, how performance issues are identified and escalated, and how operating cadence and accountability are standardized globally.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain global performance scorecards to monitor vendor performance, quality, and timeliness
• Use AI to create scalable tracking and alerting mechanisms to ensure vendor compliance against contractual terms
• Serve as the global escalation point for vendor performance issues; triage, prioritize, and manage resolution across regions, consolidating insights for executive teams
• Lead breach management: RCA facilitation, corrective action plan development, execution tracking, and verification of sustained recovery
• Maintain an auditable record of vendor adherence, breaches, actions taken, and outcomes to support contract management decisions
• Run global vendor operating cadence (monthly / quarterly), ensuring clear performance narratives and documented follow-ups
• Own accuracy of vendor tracking systems (i.e. onboarding / offboarding processes, supervisory orgs in Workday, etc.) and drive standardization across vendor processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience
