About the role
Position Summary
The Lead Product Manager, Platform and Integrations owns the evolution of the platform foundation that enables Lirio to serve as the behavioral intelligence layer powering enterprise healthcare consumer engagement. This role leads Lirio’s intelligent decisioning and orchestration capabilities, and enterprise ecosystem integrations, translating behavioral science and AI-driven intelligence into coordinated, personalized interventions delivered through existing channels and technologies. They anticipate market trends and consumer needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities and clear product requirements. Partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Analytics, Security, and Client Success, they align teams around the product strategy and roadmap for Lirio.

- To ensure an excellent onboarding experience and integration into the company, new colleagues will spend their first week onsite at one of our offices in Tennessee. Travel expenses will be paid. This is a requirement.
